Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. seeks a Project Supervisor for on-site deployment of commercial LED displays and video wall systems in the Metro Manila area.

You will manage complex timelines, coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, and ensure safety and compliance during all installation phases. The role requires 3+ years in project supervision, 2+ years of people management, and hands-on experience with LED/LFD hardware and mounting installations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE) or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years in project supervision or digital display deployments.
• At least 2 years of direct people management experience.
• Direct experience with LED/LFD display hardware and video wall systems is a big advantage.
• Strong scheduling, resource allocation, milestone tracking, and reporting.
• Solid knowledge of digital display hardware, IT networks, mounts, and integration.
• Experience in site assessments, blueprint reading, and coordinating multi-party site meetings.

Responsibilities

• Drive complex project timelines from initiation to hand-off and ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee end-to-end installation phases for LED displays, LFDs, and interactive systems.
• Conduct site inspections, feasibility studies, and technical assessments.
• Coordinate with internal divisions, clients, site partners, and suppliers.

• Identify deployment risks and implement corrective actions on-site.
• Generate project progress reports, sign-off metrics, change orders, and maintain documentation.

Job description

*Core Responsibilities*
- *Project Lifecycle Management*: Drive complex project timelines from initiation to successful hand-off, ensuring on-time delivery
- *Deployment & Installation*: Oversee end-to-end installation phases for commercial LED displays, Large Format Displays (LFDs), and interactive systems
- *Pre-Sales Engineering*: Conduct site inspections, feasibility studies, and technical assessments to support business activities
- *Stakeholder Coordination*: Act as the primary technical point of contact across internal divisions, clients, site partners, and suppliers
- *Compliance & Safety*: Enforce alignment with local structural engineering, electrical compliance, and workplace safety standards
- *Risk Mitigation*: Proactively identify deployment risks and implement corrective actions on-site
- *Documentation*: Generate project progress reports, sign-off metrics, change orders, and maintain technical documentation
- *Leadership & Growth*: Supervise on-site crew and engineering team performance, and facilitate training and technical development

*Qualifications & Experience*
- *Education*: Graduate of Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering, or a closely related technical field
- *Proven Track Record*: Minimum of 3 years in project supervision or digital display deployments, including at least 2 years of direct people management experience
- *Specialized Expertise*: Direct experience with LED/LFD display hardware infrastructure, video wall systems, and physical mounting installations is a big advantage
- *Project Management Skills*: Highly proficient in technical scheduling, resource allocation, milestone tracking, and operational reporting
- *Technical Breadth*: Strong knowledge of digital display hardware, peripheral IT networks, structural mounts, and systems integration
- *Field Capability*: Experienced in site assessments, reading blueprints, generating technical schematics, and leading multi-party site coordination meetings
