Job summary

onsemi in the Philippines is seeking a Training Coordinator to manage competency development plans and ensure on-time completion of assessments across the workforce. You will monitor training schedules, coordinate with facilitators, maintain training records in the learning management system, and support certification and recertification processes for operators, technicians and other staff.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing environment.
• Can communicate effectively in English or native language.
• Has initiative for continuous learning and self-development.
• Excellent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Power Point).
• Has video editing skills; knowledgeable in media art is a plus.
