Job summary

Colas Rail APAC in the Philippines seeks a project leader to plan, control and direct complex projects within budget, safety and environmental standards. You will coordinate stakeholders, oversee schedules, and ensure contract compliance while maintaining quality across all installations.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 4–5 years of experience; you will manage teams, lead executive discussions, prepare invoices and reports, and represent the company in front of customers.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 4-5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance with health, safety and environmental rules and guarantees the quality of project implementation.
• Proposes the project organization: establishes the organization chart, defines the key functions, proposes and/or constitutes the team in possible relation with the project's stakeholders
• Guarantees compliance with local regulations, analyzes the risks inherent in these regulations
• Applies the contract management policy and prepares legal remedies: participates in work meetings, validates work situations, coordinates the drafting of claims, etc.
• Ensures the financial management and cost control of the project by committing to quantified objectives: prepares invoices, reporting, tax returns, organizes management control, monitors contract amendments, etc.
• Leads the executive committee by communicating key information, etc.
• Prepares and manages the schedule by coordinating all the actors: is the driving force
• Is the company's representative and manages customer relations
