Job summary

XYFER Inc is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of FDAS, auxiliary, security, and other electrical systems on our projects in the Philippines. You will lead and mentor site staff, coordinate tasks, address on-site challenges, and ensure adherence to project plans and safety standards.

The role requires proven experience with FDAS and electrical systems, strong leadership, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to ensure

Qualifications

• Experience with FDAS, auxiliary, security, and electrical systems.
• Ability to lead and mentor site staff and coordinate tasks on site.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulations relevant to the project.
