Job summary

OMNIS PROSPERITY GROUP in Makati is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction and renovation projects on-site. You will plan and execute projects, supervise maintenance, and coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure quality and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of relevant experience, holds a Bachelor’s degree, and is ready to manage budgets, scheduling, and risk across multiple initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction/renovation projects.
• Bachelor's degree required for the role.
• On-site, full-time position based in Makati, Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute project work from initiation to close.
• Oversee construction and renovation management.
• Repair and maintenance oversight.
• Quantity surveying and cost management.
• Lead project team and coordinate with vendors.
• Monitor performance and prepare reports.
• Ensure compliance and quality assurance.
