Project Manager – Professional Services
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Schedule: Night Shift
Salary Range: PHP 90,000 – 100,000 per month (depending on experience)
Job Summary
We are looking for a Project Manager – Professional Services to lead and deliver multiple implementation projects for our clients. The ideal candidate is a proactive, organized, and strategic professional with solid experience in project management, technical consulting, and client engagement. This role requires strong leadership, cross‑functional coordination, and the ability to manage complex implementation projects with a focus on client satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple implementation projects.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports.
- Define customer requirements and ensure proper documentation of all deliverables.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and status updates to internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers and partners to ensure seamless implementation.
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
- Maintain strong client and vendor relationships to ensure smooth project execution.
- Handle and de‑escalate client issues professionally and independently.
- Drive process improvement and efficiency initiatives within Professional Services.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management, Implementation, or Technical Consulting (preferably within the Call Center or SaaS industry).
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with minimal supervision.
- Experience creating project documentation such as charters, timelines, and status reports.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Preferred Experience:
- Experience managing VoIP or Call Center solution implementations (e.g., Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, Aspect, InContact, Interactive Intelligence).
- Familiarity with CRM and Lead Management platforms (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, RightNow).
- Knowledge of SaaS, CRM, PBX, Dialer, CTI, VoIP, IVR/VRU, and Call Center operations.
- Experience with Workforce Optimization (WFO) tools is an advantage.
