What You’ll Do

As a Project Manager at Smartly, you’ll play a key role in bringing high-impact digital campaigns to life. You’ll own the end-to-end delivery process, working closely with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure everything runs smoothly, from first brief to final optimization.

You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy connecting the dots, solving problems proactively, and making things happen in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

In this role, you will:

• Have 3+ years of experience in project management within digital advertising
• Are a strong communicator: clear, confident, and able to navigate complex stakeholder conversations
• Knowledgeable in creating project timelines with respect to the SLAs and client requirements
• Can balance multiple priorities and stay on top of deadlines in a fast-moving environment
• Are comfortable coordinating cross-functional teams (e.g., developers, QA, creatives)
• Have a sharp eye for detail and take pride in delivering high‑quality work
• Are solutions‑oriented and confident in managing expectations, even in challenging situations
• Are highly organized, self‑driven, and proactive in your approach to work
• Have working knowledge of Google Workspace, including basic Google Sheets formulas
• Bring a positive, team‑first mindset and enjoy collaborating with others
• Are flexible to work across global shifts (UK, EMEA, APAC, US, AU)
