OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Project Manager to lead and oversee the full lifecycle of our housing development project. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with exceptional planning, foresight, and system-building capabilities, able to streamline operations, anticipate risks, and drive cost-efficient, and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Direction

  • Lead all phases of project execution from pre-construction planning to turnover.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Establish and maintain a high-performance environment built on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Strategic Planning & Foresight

  • Develop long-term project timelines, milestones, and resource plans aligned with financial and operational goals.
  • Conduct early risk identification and scenario planning to avoid setbacks and ensure seamless execution.

Systematization & Process Management

  • Create, document, and implement standardized systems, workflows, SOPs, and reporting structures.
  • Introduce tools and methods for monitoring progress, quality assurance, budget tracking, and change management.
  • Optimize communication channels, documentation, and decision-making processes.

Budget & Procurement Oversight

  • Work closely with finance and procurement teams to manage project budgets, cost estimations, and value engineering.
  • Evaluate bids, negotiate contracts, and monitor vendor/contractor performance.

Stakeholder Management

  • Present clear, data-driven project updates and recommendations to executives and investors.
  • Maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders.
