A leading offshore service provider in Taguig is seeking a Project Coordinator to support project implementation and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office tools, with a knack for problem-solving and teamwork. Work under the direction of the Project Manager to support the successful implementation of the project
Assist the Project Manager in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication, proper documentation, and smooth project execution across all phases.
Manage and support project and client-requested documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery
Draft agendas for internal and external meetings, and capture detailed, accurate minutes or meeting transcriptions for proper documentation and follow-up. Must be quick and precise in note-taking and capable of understanding and communicating effectively with stakeholders from different nationalities and backgrounds.
Work with the Project Team to assist in updating technical specifications and other project-related documents required for software implementation.
Support monitoring of timelines and deliverables, coordinating with internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Demonstrate flexibility and initiative by taking on additional Project Manager responsibilities when required.
Experience in project implementation is a plus, but not required
Must have excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
Experience in working with international teams and stakeholders is an advantage
Must be organized and proficient in note-taking
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
Strong attention to detail and critical thinking
Proactive in problem solving and able to demand stakeholder attention to collaborate when needed
Technology-related background is a plus
