Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in San Fernando for a Project Lawyer. To provide legal support for company projects by reviewing contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and mitigating legal risks. The role involves drafting and reviewing agreements, advising project teams on legal matters, coordinating with external counsel, and ensuring all project activities comply with applicable laws, permits, and contractual obligations. The Project Lawyer also assists in dispute resolution, prepares legal documentation, and supports management in decision-making to ensure smooth and legally compliant project execution.

Job Description
  • Prepare legal documents and draft correspondence
  • Ensure the parties involved are complying with the terms and conditions of the Contract
  • Collaborate with company's legal consultants to manage and resolve any contractual disputes.
  • Administer the proper execution of contract terms and conditions
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date contract tracking system.
  • Collaborate with financial teams to ensure alignment between contract and payment provisions
  • Conduct audits and analysis of contract performance to identify efficiency and improvement opportunities
Minimum Requirements
  • Must be registered Law Practitioner.
  • 3-5years' experience of legal management and correspondence
  • Knowledge of FIDIC and/or with construction industry background
  • Legal Associates/Jr. Practitioner are encouraged to apply
  • In depth knowledge of PH Law
