• Supervise and monitor all vertical construction works (structural, architectural, and finishing).
• Ensure implementation of project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Prepare and update daily reports, work schedules, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams for materials, manpower, and equipment needs.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure safety, quality compliance, and work progress.
• Resolve site issues and recommend practical solutions to avoid delays.
• Assist in cost monitoring, quantity take-off, and material requests.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, construction safety standards, and client requirements.

Qualifications:
