Qualifications

• At least three (3) years of experience in Project / Construction Management.

Responsibilities

• Receive and monitor the daily itinerary of the Admin personnel.
• Assist the Admin personnel in scheduling their individual itinerary.
• Monitor GPS, dashcams, IP cameras, CCTV cameras, and mobile phones of the company.
• Source suppliers, contractors, and dealers for repair and maintenance of facilities.
• Perform directives of the Admin Manager for telecommunications and utilities.
• Keep and maintain all masterfiles on fixed assets and motorpool.
