About the role

Gencore Construction Corp. is seeking a talented and experienced Project Engineer to join our dynamic team in Angeles City, Pampanga. As a full-time Project Engineer, you will play a vital role in overseeing the successful delivery of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost‑effective project delivery
2. Coordinate and collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including architects, subcontractors, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution
3. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or risks that arise
4. Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
5. Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team, as needed
6. Participate in the review and approval of project deliverables, such as drawings, specifications, and shop drawings
7. Assist in the preparation of proposals, bids, and contract documents
