Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ECE or Electrical Engineering.
• 1–3 years in Telecom Rollouts with high-velocity, multi-shift field ops.
• Safety Officer certification preferred.
• Experience driving 24/7 field operations and client handovers.
• Knowledge of QC sign-off and real-time project tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive transition from parallel to swarm project execution; complete site installations in 14-day sprints with technician teams.
• Manage double-shift operations (day/night) to optimize resources and productivity.
• Enforce Zero Punch-List quality standards; target 98% first-pass yield.
• Monitor WIP and financial throughput; ensure timely completions and maximize billable revenue.

A Project Engineer acts as a technical leader, overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of IT projects. They bridge the gap between project management and the technical team, ensuring projects meet technical requirements, stay on schedule, and adhere to budget constraints.

Responsibilities

• Drive transition from parallel to "swarm" project execution, completing site installations in 14-day sprints with technician teams.
• Manage double-shift operations (day/night) to optimize resources, ensure smooth handovers, and maximize productivity.
• Enforce strict quality standards with a Zero Punch-List approach, achieving 98% first-pass yield.
• Monitor project WIP and financial throughput, ensuring timely completions and maximizing billable revenue.
• Uphold professional standards in safety, confidentiality, and accountability.

Qualification

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE) or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: 1-3 years in Telecom Rollouts with a proven track record of managing high-velocity, multi-shift field operations.
• Preferrably with Safety Officer certification.
• Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of Telecom site installation standards, QC sign-off protocols, and real-time project tracking tools.
• Soft Skills: High-command communication style with the ability to drive "no-excuses" performance under strict deadlines.
• Mobility: Must be 100% field-mobile to oversee 24/7 site swarms, night shift transitions, and final client handovers.
