In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of retail and property projects across the Taguig City Metro Manila area. What you'll be doing

1. Coordinate and manage the development of retail and property projects from inception to completion
2. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including design, construction, and sales, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
3. Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and provide regular updates to senior management
4. Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify new development opportunities
5. Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals and permits
6. Ensure projects adhere to all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
7. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the project development team

What we're looking for
