Job summary

DotYeti Design LLC in Manila is seeking a project-based Multimedia Designer to create product illustrations, social graphics, logos, print designs, animations, and videos.

This is a remote contractor role with a potential transition to full-time. Hours follow Manila time (4 PM–12 MN PHT). Build a strong portfolio, collaborate with a small design team, and deliver high-quality assets on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Explore new tools and techniques to elevate team outputs.

Important Note: This is a project-based position with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role. The working hours operate within the Manila, Philippines zone (4 PM- 12 MN PHT). Flexibility with working hours is essential.

What you'll do:

• Creative Craft: Develop product illustrations, social media graphics, logos, print designs, animations, and videos made with real artistry and the kind of detail people notice.
• Quality & Delivery: Deliver polished, high-quality, and on-brand multimedia content on time across digital and print platforms. You hold your work to a high bar before anyone else has to.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to turn briefs into impactful digital assets, share feedback openly, and keep projects moving (and fun).
• Problem Solving: Optimize designs and troubleshoot technical visual challenges across Adobe tools, finding fixes that last, not just quick patches.
• Learning & Tools: Explore new tools, AI workflows, and techniques that help the team create better work.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has significant proven design experience.
• Possesses a strong portfolio demonstrating successful branding and graphic design work.
• Has a great eye and cares how things look, feel, and work, not just whether they're finished.
• Takes pride in the details and doesn't call it done until it's right.
• Is naturally curious, always tinkering with a new tool, trick, or technique.
• Communicates clearly, offers help, asks for it, and celebrates wins with the team.

Bonus Points for:

• Previous startup and/or design agency experience.
• Experience handling design requests for MSMEs, large corporations, and entrepreneurial initiatives.
