Job summary

Maya Builders Inc. is seeking hardworking Construction Laborers for project-based assignments in Metro Manila and nearby provinces. You will assist carpenters, masons, and other skilled workers, move materials, and help keep sites clean while following safety rules and using PPE.

We offer a competitive daily wage, overtime and holiday pay, government-mandated benefits, and barracks for qualified assignments. Willingness to be assigned to different sites and overtime when needed is required.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor on construction sites.
• Willing to work on construction sites and handle physical tasks.
• Punctual, reliable, and trainable with a good work ethic.
• Willing to be assigned to project sites in Metro Manila and nearby provinces.

Responsibilities

• Assist skilled workers on site (carpenters, masons, etc.).
• Load, unload, and move construction materials.
• Perform demolition and site cleaning.
• Operate basic hand tools and follow safety rules.
