Job summary

Arcadis in Manila seeks a Senior Planner to deliver large-scale design and construction programs for major clients. You will manage scopes, budgets, and schedules, coordinate across teams, and mentor junior staff to ensure quality and timely delivery.

With 8+ years in construction consultancy, you will apply scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera P6) and data visualization (Power BI) to monitor progress, identify risks, and support resilient infrastructure initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Must have a BSc Eng, Diploma in PM, or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
  • At least 8 years of construction experience in consultancy or contracting.
  • Working towards a Project Management, Program Management, or similar professional accreditation.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ideally proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Advanced proficiency in scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera 6).
  • Experience with program analysis tools (e.g., XER Toolkit, Acumen Fuse) and 4D BIM tools (e.g., Synchro Pro, Navisworks).
  • Can build master programs from scratch, including logic links, resource, and cost loading.
  • Able to monitor project progress, mitigate delays, and perform forensic delay analysis.
  • Experienced across RIBA Stages of Work and preparing Design and Construction Programs.

Role accountabilities
