Salenga Law Firm, based in Pasig Citys legal hub near courts and key government agencies, is building internal legal‑tech tools that make legal work faster, safer, and more efficient. We’re looking for Trainees who want hands‑on experience building production‑grade systems.

What You’ll Work On

• Build and maintain programs for real internal tools and workflows
• Help develop and maintain web interfaces (HTML/CSS/JavaScript; frameworks are a plus)
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and testing
• Assist in feature development, enhancements, and documentation
• Collaborate with a small team to solve practical technical challenges (automation, data handling, APIs, internal dashboards)

What We’re Looking For

• Basic understanding of programming fundamentals (logic, data structures, debugging)
• Willingness to learn modern development practices
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork

Preferred (Nice To Have)

• Any exposure to Rust, or related languages: C++, Node.js, ASP.NET
