Job summary

SVEN - The Digital 1st Agency in Quezon City is seeking a Project Manager / Scrum Master to coordinate planning, delivery, and client satisfaction across cross-functional teams. You will structure timelines, budgets, and processes, while collaborating with account, servicing, and finance teams to ensure on-time delivery.

You’ll lead project execution, identify risks, and facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 2-5 years experience in project/program management, Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile, and Lean principles.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs and complex projects.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Must be willing to report on a Hybrid setup (once to twice a week) in our office in Quezon City.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

PLANNING

• Define, strategize, and justify the entire plan for the project in coordination with the different internal teams. This includes but is not limited to the following: team allocation, timelines, budget, and process.
• Collaborate with:
  • Account Management Team to determine breakdown of project inclusions
  • Servicing Teams to determine and monitor task assignments, project member appointments and timelines
  • Finance Team to determine billable tasks and projects

DELIVERY

• Implement & monitor execution of the project plan in meeting the organization goal for project schedule, budget, and quality expectation.
• Proactively identify risks and other issues that may arise to mitigate them in a timely manner.
• Facilitate the day-to-day management of ongoing projects, including the daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings.

SATISFACTION

• Aid in managing Servicing Team’s workload capacity, competency, and satisfaction in accomplishing agency projects.
• Aid the Account Management Team to satisfy client relationships and expectations for all agency deliverables. To ensure contracted product & work requirements are fulfilled.
• Report accurate project status internally to management, and to relevant customer stakeholders.

Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
• 2-5 years experience in project/program management, Scrum Master or Agile Coach
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile, and Lean principles
• Strong experience managing complex, cross-functional program & projects
• Proven ability to manage timelines, and dependencies
• Experience supporting multiple teams in a software development environment
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Must be willing to report on a Hybrid setup (once to twice a week) in our office in Quezon City

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, PMP, PgMP, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent certification
• Experience in Agile, hybrid, or scaled Agile environments
• Experience working with product, engineering, and business teams
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
