Responsibilities

• Safely drive company vehicles to transport employees, products, supplies, documents, and other authorized items.
• Deliver and pick up products, materials, and documents from customers, suppliers, branches, offices, and other designated locations.
• Follow assigned schedules, routes, and delivery instructions.
• Ensure that all transported products and items are handled properly and securely.
• Assist in loading and unloading products, supplies, and other materials when necessary.
• Conduct daily inspections of the assigned vehicle, including tires, brakes, lights, oil, coolant, fuel, and other basic components.
• Keep the company vehicle clean, organized, and in good operating condition.
• Immediately report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or other incidents to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, deliveries, fuel consumption, vehicle mileage, and other required reports.
• Ensure that vehicle registration, insurance, permits, and other required documents are properly maintained and available.
• Observe traffic laws, company policies, safety procedures, and delivery protocols at all times.
• Practice courteous and professional behavior when dealing with customers, suppliers, employees, and the general public.
• Assist with other operational tasks related to transportation, delivery, and company activities as assigned by management.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or management.
