Job summary

Stacks Packaging PH is seeking a Production Worker for its paper cup and bowl manufacturing facility in Laguna. You will assist in daily production, support Machine Operators, and help ensure quality through inspection and proper packing.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in the production of paper cups and paper bowls according to established procedures
• Assist Machine Operators in preparing materials and operating production equipment as instructed
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products from production equipment
• Inspect paper cups and paper bowls for defects, damage, improper forming, sealing, printing, or other quality issues
• Remove defective or non-conforming products from the production line
• Count, sort, stack, bundle, and pack finished products according to required specifications
• Ensure finished products are properly labeled and packed before transfer to the designated area
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the production line and assigned work area
• Follow production instructions, work procedures, and quality standards
• Report machine problems, product defects, material shortages, safety hazards, or other production concerns to the Production Supervisor or Machine Operator

About the role
