Job summary

CLDS Corporation is hiring a Production Worker in Batangas/ Lipà area to operate and assist with production equipment, prepare and pack products, and ensure quality standards are met. The role requires readiness to start ASAP and relocation if needed, with opportunities for growth to permanent status.

Candidates should have an undergraduate or high school qualification, good character, and strong interpersonal skills. Training provided; health benefits and life insurance available.

• Operate and assist with production equipment and machinery according to company procedures.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the production area.
• Follow workplace safety rules, production procedures, and company policies.
• Report equipment problems, damaged materials, or product issues to the supervisor.
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality and safety.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
