Job Title: Production Team Leader

Location: Tarlac Plant

Overview

The Production Team Leader is accountable for managing the line with an estimated value of 450M Php. The role ensures line KPIs on QSEPCS, maintenance, volume and audits are met and performs full people management through hiring, development, and disciplinary measures.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to best practice, vision, strategy and policies to improve operational performance.
• Implement food safety, quality and environment standards in accordance with KORE and regulatory requirements.
• Achieve site performance metrics in quality, safety, productivity, service level and cost.
• Analyze data and provide process documentation for manufacturing operations.
• Partner with stakeholders in programs that enhance customer relationship and issue resolution.
• Develop process improvement strategies and conduct budget planning for the line.
• Plan weekly and daily production schedules and preventive maintenance activities.
• Lead daily GEMBA, line quality performance review, and production performance reporting.
• Implement and monitor Line HIRAC and HACCP, plant audits and documentation compliance.
• Manage waste water, water treatment and syrup preparation operations; analyze daily MRP and coordinate raw material supply.
• Lead people management: interview, coach, review performance, identify training gaps, and implement recognition system.
• Facilitate continuous improvement through loss analysis, corrective actions, line performance reviews and special projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering course.
• 6-10 years of experience in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, financial analytics, root cause analysis, and improvement project handling.
• Leadership and collaboration skills for internal and external stakeholders.
