Job summary

Universal Robina Corporation in Cebu invites a Production Supervisor to lead feedmill operations and ensure safety and quality. You will oversee maintenance, SOPs, and production KPIs while coordinating with the Feedmill Manager.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 3–5 years of relevant experience, with preference for REE licensure and exposure to GMP/TPM practices. Position based in Pakna-an Manduae Cebu.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE) preferred.
• Experience in electrical maintenance, automation, PLC, or industrial safety is an advantage.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance, production operations, or manufacturing environments.
• Experience in food manufacturing, feed milling, agro-industrial, or FMCG operations is an advantage.
• Willing to work in Pakna-an Manduae Cebu.
• Can start by August 2026.

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand all feedmill processes through immersion and develop skills of an efficient Cadet Engineer.
• Develop complete understanding of all feedmill equipment functions, operations and its components.
• Manage and implement SOPs, duties and responsibilities.
• Maintain, implement and recommend improvement to current programs like 5S, TPM and GMP.
• Supervise feedmill operations such as loading, mixing, pelleting, and bagging.
• Directly reports to Production Supervisor and perform other related tasks.
• Control and manage spare parts inventory and procurement.
• Perform preventive maintenance through proper TPM implementation.
