Job summary

Cebu YMtechnology Inc. is seeking an on-site manufacturing operator to oversee machine operation and maintain equipment in optimal condition. The role involves preparing standard documents, sourcing materials, and ensuring conformance through monitoring and setup adjustments.

The candidate should have a High School diploma and prior manufacturing experience. The position is open to male or female applicants and requires adherence to 5S practices and safety protocols in the production area.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Assign in machine operation, keeping/maintaining the machine and its accessories in optimum condition.
• Prepare & posting of standard documents in machine prior to mass production.
• Withdraw materials from warehouse for manufacturing process.
• Inspect and monitor product in manufacturing process; produce output, submit setup samples and adjustments for conformance.
• Maintain 5S inside production area.
• Handle and process non-conforming product to prevent mixing and flow out.
• Report abnormalities encountered during production.
• Authority to stop machine/production when abnormalities or unsafe conditions are observed.
• Perform other jobs as assigned.
