Job summary

Vishay Intertechnology in Manila, Philippines is seeking a Production Operator to join our backend assembly and test operations. You will assist with die preparation, bonding, molding, trim&form, and testing, while ensuring parts and materials flow in Kanban and that safety rules are followed.

This role focuses on assembling components to modules, performing sight checks and basic quality tests, and supporting a small team in a highly automated environment.

Responsibilities

• Adhering to or ensuring adherence to relevant internal work instructions, safety rules and applicable regulations (e.g., EHS).
• Executing, supervising or managing back-end assembly and test operations: Die preparation and attachment; Bonding, molding, trim&form, testing, etc.; Organizing assigned stocks for parts, semi-products or components; Assembling according to plan, and using specific equipment (machines, specialized tools).
• Performing prescribed sight checks, functionality or general quality test routines and procedures.
