Job summary

Utility Helper is seeking a production worker to join the line. You will set up, operate, and monitor machinery, ensuring consistent speed and accuracy throughout shifts.

The role includes performing preventive maintenance, reporting quality concerns, and aiming to meet daily production targets in a 24/7 operation. Candidates should have at least a high school diploma and around 6 months of manufacturing experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for performing various tasks to set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot.
• Perform preventive maintenance on assigned machines.
• Performed Standard Operating Procedure on daily basis.
• Responsible to operate the machine and assigned jobs to finish on time.
• Responsible to report all quality issues and all production concern to line leader/supervisor.
• Responsible to conduct maintenance daily.
• Performed other related work as assigned by the line leader/supervisor.
• Participate in safety and cleanliness program of the company.
• Monitoring the assembly line and removing no good products
• Working on the production line and meeting production targets
• Reporting any issues to the line leader or supervisor on duty
