Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a manufacturing operations management role.
• Demonstrable expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the production facility.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Uphold and enforce strict food safety protocols.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the production team.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Logistics for inventory management.
