Job summary

Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. is seeking a Production Manager to lead and optimize manufacturing operations for the assigned shift. You will ensure targets are met safely, efficiently, and with the highest quality, while providing strong leadership to your shift team.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will collaborate with engineering, quality, and maintenance to drive lean improvements and cost reductions, and to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Shift Production Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong technical expertise in production operations, process optimization, and manufacturing workflows.
• Proficient in production management systems and data analysis.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and quality management systems.
• Willing to work night shift in Sta. Rosa, Laguna or Rosario, Cavite.
• Commitment to safety and quality compliance.
