Role Summary

We are looking for a hands‑on and systematic Production Manager to oversee the core manufacturing operations, including coffee roasting and food & beverage production. This role is central to scaling operations efficiently while upholding the highest standards of quality and food safety. You will be tasked with optimizing processes, driving continuous improvement, and building a culture of operational excellence on the production floor.

Role Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the production facility, ensuring production schedules are met efficiently, cost‑effectively, and in compliance with quality standards.
  • Process Optimization & Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements, Lean Manufacturing principles, and automation opportunities to enhance throughput, reduce waste, and increase overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
  • Quality & Food Safety Compliance: Uphold and enforce strict GMP, HACCP, and other relevant food safety protocols. Serve as the primary point for audits and certifications.
  • Team Management & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the production team, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with Procurement and Logistics to ensure raw material availability and finished goods inventory is managed effectively.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a manufacturing operations management role, preferably within food & beverage or coffee roasting.
  • Demonstrable expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • In‑depth knowledge of food safety standards (FSSC 22000, HACCP) and quality management systems.
  • Strong leadership skills with a hands‑on, problem‑solving attitude.
