Job summary

21Climust Inc. in Laguna, Philippines is seeking a Production Machinist to operate and maintain machine tools to produce high-precision parts in line with drawings and specs.

The candidate will set up lathe, milling and grinding machines, read engineering drawings, perform in-process inspections, ensure tolerances, and follow 5S and safety procedures to maintain quality and output.

Qualifications

• Vocational/Technical graduate in Machining, Mechanical Technology, or related field
• With relevant experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage
• Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measuring instruments
• Strong attention to detail and quality

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machines (lathe, milling, grinding)
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
• Ensure parts meet required tolerances and specifications
• Perform in-process and final inspections using measuring tools
• Adjust machine settings to maintain accuracy and productivity
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets
• Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S)
