Job summary

Polytrade Sales and Services, Inc. is seeking a hardworking Production Helper to support daily manufacturing, material handling, packaging, and warehouse tasks in a cold environment. Candidates must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 kg, with willingness to work overtime and follow safety standards.

This on-site role is located at Veterans Center, Western Bicutan, Taguig City. Start date ASAP; salary to be discussed at interview; no prior experience required but preferred.

Qualifications

• High school graduate required.
• Experience in production or warehousing is an advantage but not required.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 kilograms.
• Willing to work in cold storage environments.
• Able to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
• Punctual, responsible and willing to overtime.
• Willing to be assigned to Taguig City location.

Responsibilities

• Assist production personnel in daily manufacturing and processing.
• Load, unload, transfer, and arrange raw materials and finished goods.
• Package, label, sort, and stack products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of production and storage areas.
• Follow production schedules and supervisor instructions.
• Assist in inventory handling and stock movement.
• Observe safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Report equipment issues and safety concerns.
• Perform other production and warehouse duties as needed.

Job Summary

Polytrade Sales and Services, Inc. is seeking hardworking and physically fit individuals for the position of Production Helper. The successful candidate will assist in production operations, material handling, packaging, and other warehouse-related tasks while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards. Applicants must be willing to work in a cold environment and perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist production personnel in daily manufacturing and processing activities.
• Load, unload, transfer, and arrange raw materials, finished goods, and supplies.
• Perform packaging, labeling, sorting, and stacking of products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production and storage areas.
• Follow production schedules and work instructions provided by supervisors.
• Assist in inventory handling and stock movement when required.
• Observe and comply with company safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Report equipment issues, damages, or safety concerns to the immediate supervisor.
• Perform other production and warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate.
• Experience in production, manufacturing, warehouse, or related work is an advantage but not required.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 kilograms.
• Willing to work in a cold storage or cold working environment.
