Job summary

San Miguel Corporation in Laguna seeks a Production Operator helper to assist the Master Operator with assembly, dismantling, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of machines.

You will perform pre-operative and post-operative checks, record parameters on Production Monitoring Sheets, and support inventory and material handling across production lines while adhering to specifications and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Master Operator in assembling, dismantling, and basic maintenance of machines.
• Perform pre-operative and post-operative checks using the checklist to ensure readiness and proper shutdown.
• Record and monitor machine and process parameters on Production Monitoring Sheets.
• Process products in accordance with In-Process Specifications.
• Conduct inventory checks of raw materials, tools, and loose items before and after operations.
• Receive, inspect, and verify raw materials and operating supplies issued to the production line.
• Assist in operational activities across other production lines as required.
• Complete tasks assigned by the supervisor within your qualifications and skill level.

• Records and monitors machine standard parameters and process parameters using Production Monitoring Sheets.

• Conducts processing of products in accordance to In-Process Specifications.

• Conducts inventory checks of raw materials, tools, and loose items before and after operations.

• Receives, inspects, and verifies raw materials and operating supplies issued to the production line.

• Assists in operational activities across other production lines as required.

• Performs tasks assigned by the immediate superior in line with qualifications and skill level.
