Job summary

An established food manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Production & Manufacturing Manager to lead operations in Cagayan de Oro. The role requires a strong leader who can drive efficiency, quality, and safety in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in Engineering and a minimum of 5 years in manufacturing leadership, preferably in the food & beverage industry.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing leadership.
  • Strong knowledge in production planning, GMP, HACCP, and other food safety systems.
  • Experience in the food & beverage, FMCG, or related processing/manufacturing industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily production and manufacturing operations to meet output, quality, and efficiency targets.
  • Lead, coach, and develop production teams and supervisors.
  • Implement and monitor manufacturing best practices, safety protocols, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare production reports and recommend improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily production and manufacturing operations to meet output, quality, and efficiency targets

  • Lead, coach, and develop production teams and supervisors

  • Implement and monitor manufacturing best practices, safety protocols, and quality standards

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance)

  • Optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve productivity

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements

  • Prepare production reports and recommend improvements

Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or any related field

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing leadership

  • Preferably from the same industry (food & beverage, FMCG, or related processing/manufacturing)

  • Strong knowledge in production planning, GMP, HACCP, and other food safety systems

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
