Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in product testing, statistical tools, failure analysis, and debug techniques.
• Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in analysis of analog and digital circuitry.
• Experience with Teradyne, Flex, NI, and Eagle testers; programming in C++, C#, Visual Basic.
• Reliable, able to work individually and in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and drive improvement activities on supplier manufacturing factories.
• Provide technical assistance on yield improvement projects to increase product yields and reduce scrap.
• Support product qualification work driven by new material, fab, or new process evaluation.
• Sustain product performance and yield management across supplier factories.
• Support test time reduction and process flow simplifications to alleviate capacity constraints.
