Job summary

UpSkill MNL in Taguig is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join its retail team. You will greet customers in a friendly, polite manner, assist shoppers in-store and on the phone, and respond to questions while guiding them to merchandise.

You will contribute to the team's daily targets, monitor inventory, and restock shelves as needed, maintaining a welcoming store environment and delivering excellent service.
