Requirements of the role

• Bachelor’s degree in business courses or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales within the IT industry.
• Proficient in computer skills, including MS Windows.
• Strong background in IT and Sales, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Must possess strong work ethics, excellent verbal communication skills, attention to detail, a professional attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire product life cycle, from strategic planning to tactical activities, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with company objectives.
• Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research and gathering insights through ongoing customer and non-customer visits.
• Drive product solutions across development teams (Technical Support, Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing), focusing on market requirements, positioning, and differentiation.
• Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, collaborating with all departments to ensure successful product launches and market penetration.
• Analyze potential partner relationships for the product to maximize growth opportunities and ensure the business unit’s profitability.
