Job summary

Merchmix is hiring a Product Manager for an on-site role in Bengaluru. You will collaborate with product, design and engineering on planning, merchandising, ERP, OMS and reporting across planning, allocation and inventory modules.

We value strong product discovery, stakeholder management and a hands-on ownership mindset to drive features from discovery to launch in a fast-moving startup environment.

• Prioritise features on customer value, business impact and technical feasibility.
• Work directly with retail customers and internal domain experts.
• Analyse product usage and keep improving what is already live.

Job description

Merchmix is a merchandising and inventory operating system with intelligence at its core, helping retailers connect planning, buying, allocation, suppliers and execution in one platform. From fashion to FMCG, retailers use Merchmix to cut waste, protect margin and decide faster. We want to change how retail is run.

About the role

This is a full time, on site role in Bengaluru. You will work with product, design, engineering and business teams on products across planning, merchandising, PLM, allocation, planogram, ERP, OMS, WMS and reporting.

What we are looking for

• Three to five years or more in product management.
• Experience in SaaS, B2B technology, retail, e-commerce, ERP or supply chain products.
• Strong product discovery and requirement-gathering skills.
• Experience working closely with engineering and design teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving startup, with a strong ownership mindset and attention to detail.
