Job summary

TripleStar Star Staffing Center, Inc. - Nationwide in the Philippines is seeking a Product Development Coordinator to oversee the coordination, follow-up, and handover of new product development processes.

You will maintain a comprehensive calendar and tracker to ensure milestones are met and KPIs achieved. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, at least 3 years in product development (lighting or hardware preferred), and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in product development, preferably in lighting or hardware manufacturing.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Basic Chinese communication skills are a significant advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills for data management and analysis.
