Solidgate, a product-driven FinTech, seeks a Product Analyst to drive revenue growth through advanced payment analytics and strategic performance optimization. Formación

• 2+ years in analytics with at least 1 year in product analytics.
• Strong SQL and Python for data analysis; experience with Tableau or BI tools.
• Ownership mindset: proactively identify anomalies and propose solutions.
• English proficiency at intermediate level or higher.
• Critical thinking and structured problem-solving.
• Experience in the payments domain is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct deep-dive analysis across payment flow segments to uncover growth and optimization opportunities.
• Generate, validate, and prioritize hypotheses through full-cycle experimentation, including A/B testing.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track feature adoption and payment domain metrics.
• Focus on Core, Integrations, and Orchestration domains to ensure seamless payment engine performance.
• Partner closely with Product Managers to drive data-informed decisions.
• Research and implement growth opportunities within Network Tokenization and scheme-specific features, collaborating with analysts and PSPs.
• Document research findings and experiment results to support strategic payment initiatives.
