Job summary

Choice Harvest Marketing Inc. is seeking a Fruits and Vegetables Merchandiser to receive and inspect produce, arrange attractive displays, and maintain quality according to company standards.

You will monitor stock levels, replenish displays, remove damaged items, check prices and labels, and coordinate with store staff to ensure product availability, freshness, and shelf presentation. This role requires physical effort and the ability to lift and move produce as needed.

Qualifications

• At least a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous merchandising, retail, or fresh produce experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of fruits and vegetables is an advantage.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and arranging products.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check fruits and vegetables delivered to the assigned store
• Arrange and display products according to company standards
• Check product quality, freshness, and condition
• Monitor product stocks and replenish displays as needed
• Remove damaged, spoiled, or unsellable products from the display
• Check product prices, labels, and displays
• Assist with inventory counting and stock monitoring
• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the display area
• Coordinate with store personnel regarding product availability and concerns
• Report damaged products, low stocks, and other issues to the supervisor
