Procurement Service Center Supervisor (Managerial Level)
Role Overview: Oversees entry-level professionals and support staff within a designated sourcing function. The position is responsible for managing day-to-day procurement activities, facilitating sourcing processes, performing analytical reviews, and driving projects that meet established quality, cost, and service goals. Working independently within broad procedural frameworks, the Supervisor enhances team performance, advances process improvements, and strengthens overall sourcing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sourcing methods, lead process/tool improvements, and ensure compliance with corporate policies and standards.
- Direct short-term projects aligned with business strategy, meeting deliverables and deadlines.
- Supervise team members and contractors, overseeing work prioritization, assignments, and performance feedback.
- Collaborate across departments to resolve issues, support service transitions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide leadership through analytical problem-solving, influencing operational decisions, and maintaining professional quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- 3–6 years of sourcing or procurement experience
- Skilled in using MS Office; ERP/SAP and other sourcing tools systems.
- Experience working in Shared Service Industry, Multinational Companies or BPO companies
- Interview Process: Technical Interview, Panel Interview, Final Interview
- 8 days work onsite per month
- Php100,000-Php250,000 basic pay (This is negotiable depending on working experience and interview result)
