Job summary

Fujitsu is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist for the Oceania Procurement team, based in Taguig City. The role supports several projects focusing on process improvements and end-to-end management of the Procurement Central Purchasing Card program, as well as SAP Ariba platform support.

The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and capable of handling multiple procurement streams with strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a procurement support/administrative role.
• Knowledge of procurement governance, compliance, and supplier management.
• Understanding of Source-to-Contract processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Fujitsu procurement policies and ethical sourcing standards.
• Support procurement audit activities, controls testing, and reporting.
• Maintain procurement master data including suppliers, catalogs, contracts, and purchasing records.
• Support supplier risk management and onboarding processes.
• Assist with standardization and continuous improvement initiatives in procurement.
