Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience is required or preferred.
• Familiarity with procurement, sourcing, supply chain, finance, or business operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; ERP/Procurement system exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement projects and operational processes aligned with strategies.
• Apply foundational procurement knowledge to execute procedures and daily activities.
• Assist with implementing procurement initiatives and continuous improvements.
• Contribute to project deliverables and procurement objectives.
• Perform basic data analysis to identify trends for decision making.
• Assist in communicating procurement goals and improvements across teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and support solutions.
• Monitor activities to ensure alignment with service, quality, reliability and growth.
