Job summary

MicroSourcing in Eastwood, Quezon City, is seeking a Procurement Officer to manage the end-to-end procurement cycle and maintain optimized inventory across manufacturing and retail operations. You will coordinate between suppliers, production, warehouse and sales to ensure the right product is available at the right time and cost in a hybrid, day shift setup.

The role emphasizes collaboration, accuracy, negotiation with vendors, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• The Procurement Officer / Inventory Controller is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement cycle and maintaining accurate, optimised inventory levels across Sleep Collective's manufacturing and retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers, production, warehouse and sales to ensure timely availability of products at optimal cost.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock.
• Support continuous improvement in procurement processes and vendor management.
