Job summary

A leading staffing company in the Philippines seeks a qualified professional to manage inventory accuracy and processes between partners. This role requires a semiconductor background and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Compensation ranges from Php20,000 to Php25,000 per month for an 8-month fixed term contract. Candidates must have strong communication abilities and proficiency in necessary IT tools.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of engineering, IT, supply chain, or any business-related course.
  • Effective writing and communication skills and able to interact with external partners.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software with good knowledge on logistics, business processes, and relevant IT tools.
  • Customer-oriented and good understanding of supply chain processes, inventory control, and management.
  • Min. 3 years of planning or system support, coordination, and scheduling production experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage WIP/inventory accuracy and integrity between Contract Manufacturing Partners and Infineon MES.
  • Interface to Contract Manufacturing Partners’ Planning, Customer Service, and IT for WIP updates and inventory audits.
  • Support resolution of MES operational issues to ensure business continuity.
  • Support manual/semi-manual transactions and activities between partners and Infineon MES.

Job description
  • Manage WIP/inventory accuracy and integrity between Contract Manufacturing Partners and Infineon MES (Manufacturing Execution System).
  • Interface to Contract Manufacturing Partners’ Planning, Customer Service, and IT to ensure all WIP update, physical scrap disposal, and inventory count audits are executed as per Infineon OSAT guidelines.
  • Support timely resolution of MES operational issues between Contract Manufacturing partners and Infineon planning and IT teams, to ensure business continuity and drive for permanent solutions to minimize/reduce and prevent re-occurring operational issues
  • Support manual and/or semi-manual transactions and activities between Contract Manufacturing Partners and Infineon MES (Manufacturing Execution System)
