Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking a Procurement Technical - Associate Consultant (Makati) for a hybrid, dayshift role. Responsible for integration design, API enablement, and deployment across ERP and procurement cloud tools.

The role requires 3+ years in integration development, strong SQL and API skills, and a background in ERP systems. A post-graduate degree is preferred, with mentorship responsibilities and ongoing capability-building.

Qualifications

• API enablement/CSV file management experience with S2P data structures.
• 3+ years of SQL experience.
• Ability to design and implement integrations with major ERP systems.
• 3+ years in integration development with procurement focus.
• Experience leading integration design workshops and data mapping sessions.
• Post-Graduate/MBA/PGDM preferred.
• BE/B.Tech. from a reputed institute.
• Certifications on related technology/platform are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a solution architect and design the integration blueprint for punch-out catalogs, invoicing, and source-to-pay between ERP and third-party apps.
• Lead the API enablement process ensuring seamless data exchange between ERP and procurement cloud tools.
• Develop and oversee deployment and configuration of the integration with cross-functional teams.
• Undertake key engagement roles across various projects.
• Oversee recruitment processes and mentor team members to foster growth.
• Stay updated on procurement trends and best practices to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
• Contribute to internal capability-building with knowledge-sharing and training.
