Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior Procure-to-Pay leader in Metro Manila to drive end-to-end PTP operations, oversee procurement, accounts payable, and vendor management, and ensure service excellence. You will lead teams, manage KPIs, partner with clients, and push process improvements, automation, and transformation initiatives while maintaining strong governance and stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Procurement, Accounts Payable, or Finance Operations.
• 5+ years of people leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong expertise in service delivery, stakeholder management, and operational excellence.
• Experience managing KPIs, SLAs, and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in shared services, BPO, or global business services environments preferred.
• Willing to work on a rotating shift and rotating rest day schedule.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City, Robinsons Cybergate Tower 2.

Responsibilities
