Job summary

Accenture is seeking candidates for the Strategy & Consulting practice in Manila to help transform supply chains for global clients. You’ll work with cross-disciplinary teams, employing digital design, prototyping and intelligent automation to deliver transformation roadmaps that drive efficiency and improved customer experience.

The role emphasizes problem solving, communication, and collaboration across cultures.

Qualifications

• MBA from Tier 1 B-school.
• 2+ years of experience with understanding of process mining.
• Hands-on experience identifying value opportunities using Process Mining tools such as Celonis.
• Certified expertise as functional value architect for process discovery and mining tools like Celonis, Signavio, UiPath.
• Conceptual understanding of as-is processes in supply chain and ability to design to-be process.
• Experience with automation solutions will be a plus.
• Knowledge of data collection approach, data cleansing, data modelling, process discovery, process analysis and insights.
• Strong communication skills, especially around breaking down complex structures into digestible and relevant points for a diverse set of clients and colleagues, at all levels
